Running for the Board
The basic qualifications to run for a school board seat in New York State:
- a U.S. citizen;
- at least 18 years old;
- a qualified voter in the school district;
- able to read and write; and
- a resident of the district continuously for one year before the election.

ANNUAL ELECTIONS
