All meetings will begin at 6:30 p.m. in Potsdam High School’s Multi-purpose Room unless stated otherwise.
If a meeting is scheduled at least a week in advance, notice will be given or electronically transmitted to the public at least 72 hours prior to the meeting. A special meeting may be called upon 24-hour notice to Board members.

Public Participation/Comment
The Board of Education recognizes its responsibility to hear and respond to public comment, and therefore encourages public participation at meetings.
Executive Sessions
The Board of Education may hold executive sessions at which only the members of the Board or persons invited by the Board may be present. However, the executive session is only available for the purpose of discussion, and except as the law allows, formal action must be taken in open session.
